SHIPPING POLICY

We typically dispatch orders within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery takes additional 3-6 business days post dispatch depending on your location.

We only ship within India and do not offer international shipping. Please note that we use a third-party logistics company for delivery, hence delivery timelines are completely beyond our control and dependent on our logistics partner.

It is important that all details concerning shipping (Full Name, Postal Address with Pincode and Phone/Mobile Number) are accurate for smooth delivery. We are not responsible for delivery issues relating to any order with incomplete or wrong shipping details. In the event of a Return to Origin (RTO), the customer will be responsible for paying the actual shipping charges for re-delivery to the corrected address.

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you've had a change of heart and would like to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests beyond the 24 hours timeframe will not be accepted, as orders might have already been processed and shipped by then.

PLEASE NOTE - We have a NO CANCELLATION POLICY for our made to order Jesmonite products as they may have been already crafted during this timeframe.
