RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
APPLICABLE FOR ALL PRODUCTS EXCEPT JESMONITE
Please note that due to the unique nature of our products, unfortunately, we cannot make provisions for returns, refunds, replacements or exchanges . Therefore all sales are Final. Currently we are a small scale business hence we check, inspect and handpack each item personally before dispatch.
If a product does not meet your expectations, please feel free to mail us at info@toscka-soapstudio.com and we'll be delighted to assist you promptly.

Since our pieces are handmade to order we do not accept returns, replacements or exchanges. Please read all descriptions carefully before purchasing.
REFUND (Only applicable for damaged/broken jesmonite products)
Please inspect your orders upon reception and incase you have received a damaged jesmonite product, record an unedited unboxing video of the box and its contents and share the same with us immediately at info@toscka-soapstudio.com. The video along with the photographs should be shared within 24hrs of receiving the package so that we can assess the issue to facilitate a swift resolution. This will also help us with our claim should we need to make one.
Please Note : Submitting an unedited unboxing video is mandatory to make ANY claims from the third-party courier company tasked with the delivery of your order.
After receiving the unboxing video and photographs of damaged item(s), our team will thoroughly inspect the contents to assess the issue. Thereafter, we will notify you via email to inform you of the next steps. If a refund is approved, please note that it will be processed via the original payment method, minus any shipping charges incurred.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this process, and will try to resolve the issue promptly.
